Initial Costs
- Domain Purchase and Setup: There is an initial cost of R286.00 for domain purchase, email setup, and SSL certificate. This amount is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
Ongoing Monthly Fees
- Hosting, Updates, and Backups: There is an ongoing monthly fee of R150.00, which covers hosting, updates, and monthly offsite backups. This fee must be paid monthly via a debit order.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Artwork and Content Submission: The winning candidate must supply all necessary artwork, font styles, color swatches, and copy within 3 working days. Detailed requirements will be provided upon selection.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Settling-In Period: Our SLA includes a 5-week “settling-in” period during which any minor tweaks will be addressed.

- Website Promotion Guide: We provide a comprehensive guide to help you get the most from your website, including tips on promotion and brand building.
